New Classes Available

Small Group Personal Training Classes
6 week courses start Monday 7th June at 6pm & 7.45pm
Each course = £48 paid in advance (£8 per session)

The sessions are limited to 8 people per class so that you get the attention that you need to get fit. The classes are a combination of cardiovascular training (on equipment such as the treadmill, X-Trainer, Rower & Spinning Bike) and resistance and core training in pairs, focusing on strengthening all muscles of the body. All exercises performed will be tailored to each participant’s fitness level and under close instruction.

Boxing Fitness Classes
6 week courses start Wednesday 9th June at 8pm
Each course = £48 paid in advance (£8 per session)

Boxing Fitness Classes are a great chance to add something different a fun to your exercise regime. Learn correct punching techniques whilst increasing your fitness levels, burning calories and toning muscles. Classes are limited to 8 people and involve group warm-ups to concentrate on technique, circuit type activities such as press-ups and skipping and then working in partners on specific drills using boxing pads and punch bags.
