Personal Training & Classes
One-to-One Personal Training will be individually goal orientated and 100% focused on getting you fitter, stronger and healthier. You will also receive nutritional advice, fitness testing and a home program designed to fit into your lifestyle.
£40 per session or £370 for 10 sessions paid in advance (£37 per session)
Two-to-One Training is also available so train with your partner, friend or colleague and push each other to get results.
£50 per session or £470 for 10 sessions paid in advance (£47 per session)
Small Group Personal Training sessions are limited to 8 people per class so that you get the attention that you need to get fit. The classes are a combination of cardiovascular training (on equipment such as the treadmill, X-Trainer, Rower & Spinning Bike) and resistance and core training in pairs, focusing on strengthening all muscles of the body. All exercises performed will be tailored to each participant’s fitness level and under close instruction.
Each 6 week course = £48 paid in advance (£8 per session)
Boxing Fitness Classes are a great chance to add something different a fun to your exercise regime. Learn correct punching techniques whilst increasing your fitness levels, burning calories and toning muscles. Classes are limited to 8 people and involve group warm-ups to concentrate on technique, circuit type activities such as press-ups and skipping and then working in partners on specific drills using boxing pads and punch bags.
Each 6 week course = £48 paid in advance (£8 per session)
