Our unique Gym Training Classes are limited to 12 people per class so that you get the attention that you need to get fit.  The classes are a combination of cardiovascular training (on equipment such as the treadmill, X-Trainer, Rower & Spinning Bike) and resistance and core training, focusing on strengthening all muscles of the body.
All exercises performed will be tailored to each participant’s fitness level and under close instruction.

Boxing Fitness is a great chance to add something different a fun to your exercise regime.  Learn correct technique whilst increasing your fitness levels, burning calories and toning muscles.  Classes are limited to 10 people and involve group warm-ups, circuit training activities and then working in partners on specific drills.

 

Our class timetable runs in-line with the local School term dates and we then operate a reduced timetable for the Easter, Summer & Christmas holidays.

Your first session is FREE and then the cost is £9.00 per class paid in advance over a 6, 7 or 8 week course.  For further information or to book your place, please call or email.
