Our unique Group PT sessions are totally inclusive to everyone. They are limited to 12 people so that we get to know you personally and you get the attention you need to get fit.
The format changes for every session so you get lots of variation and learn to train in different ways. We focus on a whole body approach to fitness by combining interval training with functional resistance training.
All exercises performed will be tailored to each participant’s fitness level and under close instruction by one of our experienced Personal Trainers.
