In 2008 Regina began her undergraduate degree in physical education at the university of Belo, Horizonte and throughout her graduation Regina completed several courses involving weight loss, muscle gain, training for special groups, such as the elderly, pregnant women, diabetics, hypertension, down syndrome, autism and others. With a specialisation in biomechanics and kinesiology, Regina is able to help people with postural issues and post injury training.
