Personal Trainer

Claire is a leading international personal trainer, nutritionist, and female empowerment coach plus leading motorsport performance coach, working with drivers, motorbike riders and teams at all levels.  With over 20 years international experience across Europe, UK, Australia and NZ, Claire has a wealth of knowledge and proven results plus a huge passion to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their desired transformation.  Claire now works one to one with clients locally as well as globally via her online fitness and nutrition app

Qualifications

Claire has extensive qualifications in coaching, training and nutrition, including Personal Trainer Diploma, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning, Sport Nutrition, NLP Practitioner, Pre and Post Natal Exercise & Nutrition Specialist.

Claire has also competed and was 2 x Miss Sydney and Australian Nationals Runner up in Figure category, has a race license and is author of 2 books – The Winning Physique and The Winning Formula.

Tom

Owner & Personal Trainer

Tom is the owner of TMFIT and has been working as a Personal Trainer since 1996.

Tom completed his Personal Training qualification with the YMCA in London and started his career at LA Fitness in London and Cannons Health Club in Chelmsford.

He then set up set-up his own mobile Personal Training and Sports Massage business which he ran for four years before moving on to create TMFIT in March 2010 which has become part of the local community.
Tom has an unwaning passion for sport and fitness and loves to share his enthusiasm and knowledge with people needing help and guidance for a healthier lifestyle.

His Personal Training style is to make people feel totally comfortable in the gym environment by making it fun and friendly. He now has over 20 years of personal training experience, working with a number of different sports clubs and a wide range of clients of all ages and abilities.
